Attachment size control

Customer wants to limit user to only upload file size eg. max. 5mb and does not want user to upload large image file. Can we restrict the attachment file upload size in S4Hana Cloud Public Edition? If yes, can it be controlled by file formats? Any limitation on the attachment upload formats?

Currently the size of files , what document type is not restrictable .

Does it mean we cannot have a global setting to restrict user's file upload size?

Files only up to a size of 100 MB can be uploaded using Attachment Service. You cannot restrict it to 5MB at user ID level

Is 100mb a system predefined limitation that we cannot set the document size limit for each document type to be less than 100mb?
