ATP check in multiple sites

I have two sites where it is possible to contain inventory. I would like the ATP check to Site A first and if not stock is found then check Site B. I thought setting the priority on the lanes would accomplish this but appears to only tell which lane to perform the intial ATP check. Is there anyway to accomplish this? Or does the user have to manually check the other site for stock?

Hi Ed,

No, there is no way, one workaround if you maintain Site A is priority 1, and Site A has zero stock, then ATP will always be red. Then you could click "assign source of supply" to manually select site B to perform ATP check.

Thanks for your answer Tracy. That was what I experienced as well just trying to save my client effort - Unfortunately ByD is very lacking in managing ATP when you have multiple sites - it is all very manual. very frustrating for the client.
