The error means that your system (or quality) administrators have activated an ATC check that enforces specific naming conventions for ABAP identifiers. While SAP delivers the check itself, the configuration, i.e. which identifiers are valid for what kind of data objects, is the responsibility of the local administrators. If such a check is running, this means your organization has a general guideline for the naming of identifiers. Talk to your quality responsibles to find out which it is - from the outside we cannot tell you which naming convention is expected here.
