Assigning an employee to Two company codes

Dear Experts,

I have one employee working in same entity (client) but in two branches (company codes)

and he also get the salary from both company codes .
He hired in the first company and I want him take the same Personnel Number in the Second Company ( Assigning an Employee to 2 Company ) ??

Using one PERNR would mean that the employee is assigned 2 positions on IT0001, but that would require that both company codes would use the same PAA and that both positions would share the same PSA Groupings and ESG Groupings (both for Time and Payroll).

If it is possible , How can I do it on the System ?
