asset master data change for another company code

HI EXPERTS,

WE ARE USING THE ASSET CLASS AT CLIENT LEVEL MEANS ,ACCOUNT ALLOCATION KEY,NO RANGE,MASTER DATA SCREEN LAYOUT ARE SAME FOR ALL COMPANY CODES.

NOW REQUIREMENT IS :

FOR THE ASSET CLASS PSL1000 COST CENTER FIELD IS REQUIRED FOR ONE COMPANY CODE AND FOR ONE COMPANY CODE OPTIONAL.

HOW CAN GET THIS.

Hi Asset Expert

This issue have two solution:

1- you can use the validation to this company code and be sure that the field that you want is optional

2- you can create new asset layout for this company and make it optional for this company code
