Hi Team,
How to send email notification to the Buyers to inform them of open approval item in Order Confirmation Deviation Approval.
Below screenshot is from the configuration guide. I am not able to understand clearly. It says we can add 5 emails under "Contact" element where exactly is this we need to configure?
What configuration needs to be done? or any CIG mapping required or any SR ticket needs to be raised?
In SBN-->Notification, I can configure upto 3 email address.(screenshot1)

Five emails can be included in the cXML, while the Notifications preference in the buyer admin portal allows you to set up to three alternative emails in case a PO does not include purchasing agent information.
In the cXML of your PO document, the emails can be added inside the <OrderRequestHeader>...</OrderRequestHeader> tags, as shown on page 112 in this cxml reference guide. Here's an example:
<Contact role="purchasingAgent">
...
<Email>*EMAIL*</Email>
.....
</Contact>
