hi

we are doing delivery reference to PO but once the completion of delivery when i check document flow it showing ARCHIVED Insted of completed

any idea pls its urgent!!!

does the delivery exits in table LIKP ?

For the delivery document, instead of showing its status as "DELETED" the system showed it as "ARCHIVED"

This is R/3 standard behaviour.

Documents which are not on the database anymore either have been deleted or archived. Because it cannot be decided if a document has been deleted or archived, SAP has decided to show the status "Archived" for such (not existing) documents in the document flow.

By the way: Is the delivery number contained in doc. flow table VBFA ?

A breakpoint in

call function 'GET_HANDLE_SD_DOCUMENTFLOW'

call function 'RV_ORDER_FLOW_INFORMATION'

might also help you to find out why the status is displayed like this.
