Dear team,

Currently we are working with on approval stage with one super user as authorizer. I want to add add one more authorizer to this approval procedure.But we only need an approval from one of them. If I update the existing stage it show error "Cannot update approval stage; existing authorization processes are based on current stage".If I create a new stage with new authorizer new template is it solve my problem ? please help

so many documents are there in approval without any decisions not yet.Its very difficult to clear the last 5 year data s .is there any other solution..?

also how can I clear pending documents.

No other way except clearing pending documents. Otherwise you have to create new template by inactivate existing approval template.

Please check if any document is pending for approval.

If any clear it and try modifying the template.

In approval Template you can use more than one user to approve..  In Approval template screen goto Originator tab column, first row you existing authorizer will be there, in second column you can add one more authorier, in that can out of two any one can approve the document..
