Appraisal Print Form Layout

Hi All,

we are using the SAP appraisal form.

there we have the standard form provided by the SAP as HAP_PDF_OFFLINE_FORM

we have a requirement to modify this.

following are the steps i performed

1. copied the standard form in my Z form.

2. created a implementation of BADI

HRHAP00_SMARTFORMS.

3. inserted this into the template design Appraisal Template layout TAB.

in my Z PDF form i changed the body layout.

now i am able see the header data and changed body layout but i there is no data in the changed body layout. Body layout is coming blank.

i am using the same standard interface for my PDF form.

we are on ECC 6.0 EP 7.0

please help...

Hi umesh

i good to hear that u solved by ur self . I need to ask u where we do we get all these sap stand from like Offer. Reliving , Appriasal and so on in SAP 4.7 version if so u have idea plz let me know and also if u any data relating plz send to my mail id

Hi Rajesh Kota,

if you are talking only about appraisal form. then in case of 4.7 version

you have a smart form for the appraisal which you can change using the badi HRHAP00_SMARTFORMS.

form name is HAP_TEMPLATE_01. go to transaction smartforms and you will be able to see this.

i am still not clear when u r saying

"sap stand from like Offer. Reliving... "

Hi Umesh,

Can you please tell me what step you performed to enable print functionality.

I am also facing same problem. I want to enable print functionality in BSP Appraisal application . I know this Badi will used to enable the print function but I want to know how it will link to smart form.

Your help will highly appreciate.

in one of the Sub form binding pallet

check box "Repeat Subform for Each Data Item" was missing.
