Any Note so that the External Equipment Type accepts the "Ñ" since it doesn't let us?

We are creating teams with external number ranges from "AAAAA - ZZZZZZ" but we get to the 4th character of the letter "Ñ" and it does not let us advance because it gives us the error: IS045, where we have a different character, is there a note for Mexico?

SAP systems can work with many languages and character sets, but there may be restrictions. The "Ñ" character, common in Western European languages like Spanish, may not be supported in your SAP system's configuration or there could be a system bug. I did not found any specific SAP note for this issue in Mexico.
The best will be to open a support incident for help.
