Greetings Sunil,

Nothing of note will happen when your counter reaches the Annual Estimate reading.... It is the Cycle length that is important for the generation of calls, not the Estimate.

The estimate simply enables the scheduling. Divide the Annual Estimate by 365 to know how many units the system "expects" per day.

E.g. if your unit is "hours" and AE is 8760, the system expects your Measurement Documents to average 24 hours per day.

If the AE was 3650, the system would expect an average of 10 per day. So if you input 20 hours for one day, the schedule would shift one day earlier.

it will help in maint. plan.

if Annual Estimate is 3650 hrs i.e.10 hrs/day and you creates a plan with cycle of every 100 hrs and scheduled wef on 18.11.14 than system will display proposed date of coming call on basis of Annual Estimate (that may be 27.11.14). you can search lot of details on this matter on SCN or net.
