Alternate Item grp in BOM for Phantom part issue for production booking

Hi All,

I have added alternate item grp AA for 2 item one of which is phantom ,

When I am doing MFBF getting error for 1st material only (it has 0 stock) even if component in phantom has stock is this a standard behaviour ?

Hi

Please increase the usage probability of the second material. You can make the 50% each. Try to delete and recreate the planned order and try to do MFBF.

Hi Darryl,

Not using planned order, I did tried by changing priority 1 and usage as 100 for phantom but still it gives error for stock of another item.

Hi Harshal,

Can you provide screenshot of the error? If you are using production or process orders can you check the reservation created? Check if what material has been reserved. If the reserved material is the 1st material, try to delete and recreate the order or re-read the master data.

Are you using planned orders? or productions/process orders? Just a bit confused.

Nothing, pure MFBF, NO MRP as well
