All Unpaid Leaves We need to Show Pay slip

Dear All,

We need show all Unpaid Leaves in the Pay slip. We tried many ways, but not able to get into the pay slip.

Ex: In the month of April 30 days Calendar day : 30 days is showing

In that month i have taken 4 leaves, this 4 days leave i need to show in the pay slip.

Please help me out in this scenario.

Hi,

Try maintaining proper specifications for the Evaluation Class 02 for the wagetypes which is handling unpaid leave.

hello,

how do you handle unpaid leaves?

are you putting all days/hours into an absence?

then check table V_T554C. there you can add a wagetype.

or you can create a rule for absence valuation rules for you specific absences and then put the days/hours into a wagetype in this rule.

after this you have to take sure, that the WT is printed.

Dear Stefan,

We created separate Absence rule for that and we assigned the all the absence type. We are not assigning any wage type.

Please give me necessary inputs in this issue.

hello,

you have to assign a wagetype to every absence rule. Only WTs can be printed. therefore it is a must.

Create "normal wt" they should be only generated for statistical isseus. you do not post them to FI/CO, because there do not exit any values, but missing hours are put in the num field,.
