Could not find out why our Elerts are not working :
1. The AlertSvc Is super user
2. The user is define onto the Elerts in the SBO
2. The staus of the job cofigurtion is "Runing".
3. If I am manualy stop it and reopen it again - only then it sent the alerts through emails .
I sew that more people had the same issue - may anyone have a solution for that?
Did someone know any procedure whom may close and open again this service ?
