Alerts/Message need in query format , which they can open and give approval from there itself?

Hi All

My user needs Alerts /messges window once we opend forgot to give approvals so.. they need instead of the alerts box,,through query they can generate and give the approval from there itself is it posssible??????

This functionality is not availalbe in the default SAP B1.
