ALE filters for HRMD_A

Hello experts

My requirement is to send HRMD_A Idocs via PFAL transaction. The condition for the Idocs is to send only employees with employment status as "Active"

This can be found in the Segment E1P0000 ( actions ) with the filed STAT2 having a value of '3'.

How can I add this into ALE distribution model filters ? Any guidance is much appreciated.

To exclude inactive ees from being ALE,  config T77S0 for group 'HRALX' / semantic 'PINAC' to have '' in value.

Please have a look to the note 312090  - it outlines how to configure the distributional model in BD64 and filter groups  - for an employee to be replicated, they only will if they have active and valid IT0000, 0001, 0002, 0006 subtype 1. - for the rest of the switches check note 550055.

The PINAC switch will process inactive employees in status other than STAT2=3 if it is set to "X" so leave that as the initial setting.

Last point, but if performing the initial distribution via PFAL, please refer to note 363187 as it otulones the procesure also!
