Agent type missing in task creation related to Process route item

Hello Team,

We are trying to create a Global Process Route Template for a specific Change record.

When adding a task, it seems that some agent types are missing, especially Team, Team member & Team function.

Please have a look to these pictures in our system and in standard SAP (youtube videos)

Our system : S4Hana2021/Sandbox

Please advice if we are missing any customizing or services to be activated ?
