If the following note is relevant for your release, then you should apply it.
1909466: No stock found when using manual batch/batch split in delivery
The symptom may not exactly match your symptom but this note corrects a crucial bug with the deletion of requirements and could be relevant.
If the issue persists after applying the note, then you should review your SD user exits. SD user exits are by far the most common cause of requirement errors.
Hello Kutay,
Once we save the sales order system update the material requirement in table VBBE or T-code MD04 and when we delete or put reason for rejection in sales order system update VBBE/MD04 and remove the respective sales order from this VBBE/MD04.
Some times system does not update VBBE/MD04 after deleting or putting reason for rejection for sales order due to inconsistency in system. You can execute program SDRQCR21 directly in Production system there is no harm this program just remove the inconsistency in VBBE/MD04.

by the way when I execute SDRQCR21 , in the selection screen there are Material,Land, create date and document number,
I just have vbeln in my situation, not material, land, or document number,
Are u sure that thıs program will solve my problem or may it be another solution way for diffrent problem?
any suggestion will be appreciate
best regards.
