Hello Experts,

Hope all are doing well !

This is regarding Service order component tab, selecting line item and then pressing on delivery address button resulting into attached screenshot.

For the next line item with same material and other details system does not show any error like above one. Please suggest.

Hi Terence,

There is no customer assigned with the line item 10 but i have same material at line item 20 with same data but if i am going to line item 20 Purchase requisition details at Delivery Address tab i find address (Here also no customer assigned but address populating) so not with Line item 10 & it results in the error message mentioned at subject line.

So here i have question is if customer is not assigned to both line item from where the system is taking the address ?

What type of material you are using Stock or Non-Stock

Does the error occur in PRODUCTION, only in DEVELOPMENT?

If its only in DEVELOPMENT then check if any of your customer-spcific coding is causing the issue.

Hello Experts,

For this problem you all should apply SAP note 91001 with the help of RICEF which will include manual changes in the program correction report ZCORADDR.
