I want to add two fields - Personnel Area( PA0001-WERKS) and Skyline (HRP1050-EVGRD) in the dropdown for selection criteria in Talent Search.
I tried to add these fields using ESH_COCKPIT modeler for HRTMC_CENTRALPERSON in EA-HRGXX and followed below mentioned steps:
1. Selected HRTMC_CENTRALPERSON from modeler.
2. In step Node Relations, added a new association under Aspirations for HRTMC_JOB.EVALUATION_RESULTS
3. In step Model Requests, added attributes WERKS (Personnel Area) and EVGRD (Skyline) under SAP_TALENT
4. In SPRO, under Define Search Requests and Search Field Names, I added both the fields with search fieldnames as Z_PERSONNEL_AREA and Z_SKYLINE with alias search request field name as WERKS and SKYLINE respectively.
4. Added these fields in Define Search Configurations.
5. Re-indexing done for Talent management TREX.
Even after the successfull reindexing, the newly added fields Personnel Area and EVGRD are not reflected in talent search criteria.
Kindly help and guide if I am missing any step in adding new fields in talent search.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
this is a complex thing to addd fields to the search.
Form a first pint of view it looks good....
Did you also maintain Step 5 Node Response? This is important to get search results?
Do you create a class to determine HR data and move it to TREX while indexing?
Did you delete connectors and rebuild them from scratch?
best regards?
