Hi folks,
Does anyone know an easy way to add a custom crystal report to the user menu in 8.8? I'm using PL 18.
When I click on the report (on the selection criteria form), the option to add it to the user menu is disabled.
Is there any way for me to do this?
Thanks in advance,
Danilo Souza
Hi Danilo.........
Welcome to SAP Forum.....
You can not import Crsyatl Reports to User Menu.
You can import only forms or Queries defined in Query Generator....
If you want you can have your own submenu in between SAP standard Menus........

Hi Danilo,
I am not sure where you are trying to save.
Tell me this-
1. Have you created the report in Crystal Report and Saved it?
2. Have you accessed above memo through SAP B1 and assigned it to appropriate module example sales?
3. Do you want to assign above report in Menu- Reports section?
Which of the above you want done?
I am guessing this is what you are asking?
Create a crystal report and save as 'Report' using toolbar menu : Crystal reports --> Add-ins --> Save as --- Menu
After saved the report, goto sap b1 : 'Report and Layout management' menu, there you can see the saved report under 'Lost reports'. Select the saved report and change the Menu location as you wish.
