Dear Customer,
The authorization concept must be defined and handled by the System Administrator. In order to move the Business Roles to P-System, you have two options:
> Download and Upload: You can download one or more business roles from the source system and then upload them to the target system using an XML file.

*Please do not modify the XML file on your hard drive before uploading it to the target system. This can lead to technical issues.
> Transport the roles: You can use the Export Software Collection app and the Import Collection app to transport business roles from your source system to your target system.

*We recommend that you do not change the business role after it has been transported. It should not be changed locally but only updated with a new transport. Local changes should only be carried out in urgent cases.
