Add amount in Euros on proforma and invoices

Hi ,

Egypt has a new customer that requires the amount of Euros on his proformas and invoices, so need to change the out put RD00,RD05,RD06 so that the amount in Euros appear after the toatl of the document.This has to be customer specific and driven by a custome table.

Need the answers asap please

I think the conversion factor also need to take care na. Please check with abaper about conversion factor

I know that the convertion factor should be taken care, but i have no idea about convertion factor and how to explain abaper. So can you please explain me how to deal this. I need to prepare a fuction spec also for this .

Hi Suchi,

Before creating proforma invoice first maintain the conversion rate by going to transaction code ob08. Than u create the PI.Take the help of abaper.

Output type will RDES for PI.

Rewrad points if it helps.
