Activation of field

Hi,

Kindly advise how can we activate the Inv. Reference field. We have already set this field as optional in OB32 but if you will click the Additional Data button in FB02, the field is grayed out.

Have you activated this field for required account type i.e. D or K?

Also you have to activate the option Field can be changed.

Please remember if the dcoument is cleared then the field will be grayed off

Yes, the field is activated for account type D. The option field was also activated to be changed.

The document is also an open item.

Hi Elli,

You can able to change with using of FB02 is Assignment field , Document header text and Reference field not all. In FB02 rest of all fields are display mode. Payment term / Payment block will change if not document not cleared.
