Acct Determination - GBB - VBO

Dear Gurus,

I have done acct. determination for GBB - VBO - 3000 "Subcontracting".... but when i do MIGO the system gives the following error....

Account determination for entry EFL GBB 0001 VBO 3000 not possible

please guide me wat to do ...

Thanks guys.....i have just deleted the lines for VBO ..... & have created them again...

its working fine now

Hi Mani,

GO to t.code OMWB.

click on simulation,

give the specific material and movement type, enter

click on account assignments,

the further screen will clearly tell you the accounts missing.

with the help of a FI resourse you can sort the error easily.

I have checked in the simulation, it says that the account is missing... but when i goto OBYC in GBB - VBO the account is there...which i have assigned earlier...

have u ever experienced something like this......

hi

go to OBYC t code in that enter as follows

0001 VBO 3000 GL account and save it

0001 means valyuation group

VBO: for consumption from stock of material provided to vendor

3000 valuation class

gl account ask for FI people

if helpful award me

You ahve to maintain the GL account Aand valuation calss in OBYC for GBB

I have maintained the valuation class & GL but still m getting error......

Hi,

Assign a consumption account(similar to 400000 in the training system).Dont assign a stock account as the cost object assignment for the account is not possible in the case of these type of accounts.(300000)

Hi,

You should assign a consumption accoun for the entry GBB-VBO in obyc.

As the material account gets credited and this account gets debted @ GR,you should assign a consumption account..

You should not get the error if you have assigned an consumption account to your valuation classes of the materials which are the child components in your PO.
