Accrual Deferral of Installment Repayment for Prodyct Type 42

There is a requirement to perform accrual / deferral of Installment Repayment for security product type with product category as 42

I have maintained the settings for accrual deferral in assign update type for accrual deferral against the Installment update type SAM1111 but still when I run TPM44, the Intallment is not accrued

Hi Feng/Rohit

I have not maintained any other field except company code. Where you are saying I need to mention 1, I have left as blank. So when its blank it takes 0 as default. So that will have no impact. For interest the accrual is working fine with same settings but for installment it is not working

PRoduct group is 1 for securitie. copy the same setting for 1 product group it shall work.

As you can see only company code is set there, pls make sure no other more specify entries existed in order to let the system use this entry.

Accounting
  Accrual/Deferral
    Update Types
      Assign Update Types for Accrual/Deferral

If the customizing is set correctly, it should work.

But there is no option to select the accrual deferral for flow types in case of securities. That option is available for Money market flow types.

Please check your flow type.you should check the option in flow type for accrual functions to work.
