Account modifier for new Movement type by copying 601 - KON Transaction key

Hello ,

I am creating a new movement type copying 601 . While copying I am not seeing KON transaction key in account grouping tab . Basically I want to assign a new account modifier for KON so that I can hit a specific GL account for consignment settlement . However not able to assign account modifier and its grayed out if go to the detail view from account grouping .

Let me know if its possible to assign new account modified against KON in my new movement type . Thanks in advance for your kind inputs

As you have created new movement type by copying 601 as Z01( for example) and you need to create a new account modifier (for example ZON) - You have to have entry for these new movement type and new account modifier ZON in table T156X . In OBYC you should have to have entry of your new G/L account with new account modifier ZON

Thanks Bijay for your feedback . The issue is I am not able to assign a new account modifier to KON transaction key . I am creating a copy of 601 K to a new movement type so that for KON (consignment settlement ) transaction key i can use account modifier to hit a separate GL account for consignment settlement . Otherwise it will hit the consignment settlement account for 601 K which I dont want to hit .
