Hello Gurus,

i've problem when posting goods using Tcode MIGO,im getting error

<b>Account determination for entry INT BSX ____ ___ 3000 not possible</b>

i checked everything ok

>> Valuation class 3000 is in material master

>> Valuation class 3000 is listed under chart of accounts INT, Transaction BSX

ie values are

Valuation modif. is 0001

Valuation Class is 3000

Account is 300000

then y still im getting error pls help me

if you are doing a transfer posting then its probably because the plant in hich the goods are to be transfered does not have the valuation class assigned to it .....For this Go to OMWD search your plant and assign the valuation class to it.

If you are using a valuation modifier (e.g. grouping code), then can you confirm that the plant/valuation area has been mapped to this grouping code?

Valuation Grouping code was not defined for valuation Area TMBA(Plant name)

Hi Veeranna, you have to go to transaction OMWD and check that the valuation area for this company code that you are using have an entrie in Val.grpg.code field

The above problem is solved now im getting different error

Period 009/2007 is not open for account type S and G/L 191100

Message no. F5286

Diagnosis

Period 009 of fiscal year 2007 does not exist in table T001B either in period 1 or in period 2 of a table entry with record type "0", the selected company code, the account type S and the G/L account 191100. The period is therefore not open.

System Response

Processing cannot be continued.

Procedure

Check table T001B for record type "0", the selected company code, account type S and G/L account 191100. If required, make sure that an entry is made in the table or an interval is changed.

Hi Veeranna, please check transaction OMSY and check year and period open on third and fourth fields

hello Veeranna .. just go for OB52 t. code there u can select a/c type S, then change the required year i.e. present year (2007).

after that i was getting one more error something like <b>object rf_beleg number range interval 50 does not exist FBN1</b>

got it solved with some previous threads

successfully able to post Goods

Hello,

I came across the same error in MIGO as described in the question. In Plant 1000 I was able to post Good Receipts in MIGO but for the Plant 1100 the system was giving me that error: Account determination for entry INT BSX ____ ___ XXXX not possible

I checked those parameters:

In Tcode: OBYC -> everything was fine regarding to Valuation Modifier (or Valuation Grouping Code) / Valuation Class / Account Determination.

In Tcode OMWD -> I had to check if Plant 1000 and Plant 1100 were assign to the same Chart of Accounts. Also, as I was using Valuation Grouping Code (0001) for the Plant 1000, so I had to assign the same Valuation Grouping Code (0001) for Plant 1100. (see pic below).

After that I was able to post goods in MIGO for Plant 1100.

hi,

1.check in customization,for your material type(may be ROH) qty and value updating is ticked for your valuation area(ie.your plant).

2.check the valuation class in your material master accounting view

yes Checked with Tcode OMS2 Quantity/value updating is ticked for Valuation area 3000 and material type ROH, then y stil the same ERROR??????
