AC03 Other Service

Hi experts

into SAP 4.7 launching transaction AC03, cliccking on Other service, filling in a "new" service number, the layout with "new" service appeared into DISPLAY mode.

After an upgrade to ECC 6.0 it appears into CHANGE mode.

Is there anyone who find the same issue?

Hi

In 4.7, Transaction : AC03 service master alays in display mode you have to select from there only

in 6.0 its Upgraded 1, system is behaving right, no harm on it

Coz its is a single transation for craetion, change and display

Hi Andrea,

Would you please check if the note 1240849 ( Usage of Authorization Group field in AC03) exists in your system?

If so , this could be the cause of the issue.

PERFORM SWITCH_MODE in note 1240849 caused the problem.

This Note will be corrected and released on the next SP. So please comment out the PERFORM SWITCH_MODE, and test whether the problem has been solved or not.
