1st Month = paid 100% of pay
2nd Month = Paid 75% of pay
3rd Month = Paid 75% of Pay

4th onward=deduct 100%

1stmonth and 2nd month working goood. but as Number of relevant periods are 3. I am not getting values from 3rd Month onward.  If I reduce the Number of relevant periods period to 1, even then it will not work as per requirment.

Thank you Woody for reply, but this is not the case.  Plz look at the IT table after SAPF PCR executed.

PIT   SAPF      NOAB      Determine monthly factor

  3 /801 Partial per01                       75,000.00

  3 /802 Partial per01                       75,000.00

  3 /803 Partial per01                       100000.00

  3 /804 Partial per01                       100000.00

  .

  .

  .

  3 /809 Partial per01                       100000.00

  3 /816 Partial per01                       25,009.71

Anyfurther suggestions now?

It's the result on 2nd month right? how are results on 3rd and 4th month? And btw have you check your Payroll schema, these technical wage types only generated by standard PCR SAPF? Using RPDASC00 to extract your payroll and check it please.

You should check Time Valuation first, there are some things wrong in calculating Absence. As I know Time results will be inputted to Time Type, and then transfer to Payroll through Time Wage type. These Time Wage Type will be used in Payroll schema and edit values some important technical wt /801, /802, etc ( your wage type will multiply with these wage type base on confirgraion in processing class 10 in V_512W_D). After verifying carefully, you will find the root cause in your schema

Please refer http://scn.sap.com/thread/3283814

In my current system, in Time Schema only calculate how many absence dates into Time Type 9000 and check

if 9000 > 45: assign to 9001 ( 0%)

if 9000 > 35: assign to 9002 (25%)

if 9000 > 25: assign to 9003 (50%)

if 9000 > 15: assign to 9004 (75%)

Bring all value in 9001 -> 9004 to corresponding Wage type.

Multiply with rate 0,25, 0.5, 0.75. ( configure in V_T511k),

after that modifying technical wage type  /801,/802, etc. It's working fine until now

Hope it helps!

Regards!
