A cleared incoming payment is still showing under the cash open items. While trying to run the Cash -open items with the relevant data selection, can able to see that the statement item with some value under the balance line item currency.

Basically in the Cash Open Item Report, the Bank-Statement Item which is for Incoming Payment, but if you the follow up documents which is it's Clearing-Documents has been already cancelled. And if Clearings are being cancelled then it's corresponding Payment will again become as in Open-state and that can be used later to clear any Open-Item, in near future.

So, the display of Bank-Statement Item in Cash Open Report is as per the standard behavior.
