343 transaction in MIGO

I moved blocked stock using 343 in MIGO. Now I want to reverse it and post it in earlier period. How can the document be reversed without affecting the accounting entries and material price???

Accouting entries are OK. However, does the wrok flow allow reversal of 343 once 101 of the same has been done??

   Sorry, I could find the logic why you are linking 343 and 101.

   You can reverse the 343 is sufficient stock is available in the stock type "blocked". Hope its clear.

Hi,

   343 is a transfer posting movement within the plant (from blocked to unrestricted) where only the stock type changes. It wont create any accounting entries. You may check the material document.

In short, there is no accounting impact and you can directly cancel the material doc in MBST in current or previous period.

There is one more issue. We have accepted the transferred stock thru 101 as well. Can this be reversed alongside the 343 reversal???

   No, 101 will have accounting entries. You need to take care of accounting impact too in this case.

If you post entry separately then you can reverse in same manner.

hi,

i think there will be no accounting entry exist for transferring stock through movement type 343 . so you can cancel from MIGO the accounting  entry will not generate.

for confirmation first you can check in document posted with 343 in MIGO display .

When you cancel the material document with reference to 343 posted document.

The accounting entries which got effect during 343 posting will get reverse with material price change.

When you again post the 343 in previous period the material price change will hit again in previous period.

So there is not chance that you can post the document with material price change
