2 PR created on same date

Hi Friends,

We have 2 PRs  on same date for material. Screen shot is attached.

1st PR is having exception message 30. I want to know why 2 PRs are created, why requirement is not clubbed.

Dear Kiran,

I presume that the lot size for this material is EX and so the system is giving you 2 different PR on the

same date(for meeting the requirements).

Check and revert back.

Check the lot size settings in MRP1 view of the material. May be 4000 is set as the maximum lot size which explains the creation of 2 PRs.

Do you have quantity splitting for that material in the MRP 1 view? Check your Lot Size and Rounding Value.
