1809 S/4 HANA Simplification List in excel format

I am looking for the S/4HANA on-Prem Simplification List for 1809 in excel format. I know this was previously provided in an OSS note. Can someone please direct me to the relevant OSS note which contains the excel version of 1809 simplification list please?
