1099 Forms

SAP Gurus,

Where do I have to configure teh Payers Name, Address, and Payers federal identification number so that it appears on the 1099 forms? is this config or ABAPer has to hard coded in the smartforms?

Hi,

The information is in Company Code Global Parameters: SPRO > Financial Accounting > Financial Accounting Global Settings > Company Code > Enter Global Parameters; double click to get on the screen of company code details; click 'envelope' icon on the upper left side to enter the name and address (this is the payer's name and address shown on 1099); click the 'additional data' button next to the 'envelope' icon and enter the federal id # in the field 'EID Number' (this is the payer's ID shown on 1099).

Hey, I got all those feilds filled in but my payer details are not getting copied on to the 2008 Misc form

You got ahead of me, I also have those fields field and also I am not getting those fields populated either.

I got it to work, whe you run program RFIDYYWT fill out all your parameters, when you execute another window will come up ( Additioanl parameters for US) scroll down to Payers Transfer Agent Select A under Payer tansfer Agent, enter address and Fed ID # TIN. It shoudl work let me know.
