This was a rhetorical question of course. SAP Business One recently introduced the Business Assessment Report allowing you to generate various reports based on financial report templates and SAP Crystal Report:
Choose the posting period, financial template, whether to hide G/L accounts or only the ones with zero balance, and the report mode: budget, monthly, or yearly comparison. The big picture is displayed in SAP Crystal Report, allowing you to zoom into further details up to the single journal entry by clicking the relevant line:
