Fabulous coordination between Centre and States – note this law offers a platform where all states are treated at par

Defining a set of three or four rates (zero, exempt, normal rate, sin rate), and classify goods / services accordingly

Policy makers who have broadly set up the skeleton must define law that is progressive – no unnecessary checks (We are moving from a system of trust to a system of proof)

Massive education roadshows – government cannot absolve its responsibility here – maybe use the MPLAD funds well

Industry aligns and educates itself on the nitty-gritties of the law

GST infrastructure being built by GSTN must be ready ahead of time, and must be tested thoroughly with industry support

Government or GSTN must stand up to litigations that will come up and not wash their hands off it
