Hi Guys,

In the past week The Development Team did not have to create any new fixes. However, our Product Support Team has been busy. We have released five new Knowledge Base Articles, which I think you will find useful.

Content Player

If you noticed an issue that your WBT (Web-based-training) course cannot be played out with expected contents form learning Portal it means that you need to eliminate the reason of course content itself. The detailed instruction can be found in Knowledge Base Article 2461042.

You might as well experienced an issue with some Connection Errors in LSO portal (application log or default trace). Those errors might affect some of the users. If yes then please have a look at Knowledge Base Article 1670274.

Learning Portal

Some of you could encounter an issue where they click on button "Start Course" for WBT from Learning Portal, but no course content is launched. If this happened to you please review the Knowledge Base Article 2462735.

Training Management

You might come across a problem in LSO_PSV1 when trying to cancel participation in a course program, error happens with the following message:

  • Error when deleting E xxxxxxxx.

  • Error when creating cancellation; cancellation failed. (Message No. LSO555)

In order to solve it please see Knowledge Base Article 2462235

The last Knowledge Base Article 2462235 that I would like to mention solves an issue after patching to EHP8 in situation when you change LSO master data catalogue by transaction code LSO_PVCT the system is giving authorization error "No authorized for PP01" or when changing courses via t-code LSO_PSV2, system will prompt error "You are not authorized to use transaction PP01".

Regards

TEM and LSO Support
