Having special sales towards the holiday season? Want to define special offers for specific items in a given date range?

SAP Business One provides you flexible capabilities to set special offers such as “buy certain number of items and get one (or more) for free”.

In the Discount Groups window (Inventory > Price Lists > Discount Groups), select the Items tab. Add all the relevant items. Click the Form Settings icon and add the Columns: Paid Qty, Free Qty, and Max. Free Qty. Now you can define how many units of each item grants the customer a free item. To apply this offer to certain date range only, select the checkbox “Active” and define the required data range. In addition, you can decide whether to apply the special offers to all customers or to selected customers only.

When creating a sales document within the defined date range for a customer who entitled to the special offer, just enter the entire quantity and SAP Business One automatically calculates the actual price according to the special offer.

Available in SAP Business One 9.0, version for SAP HANA and SAP Business One 9.0
