When working with various currencies, setting exchange rates is a must. In a flexible exchange rate practice, the rate of different currencies may vary on a daily basis, however if your business works with fixed exchange rates, the rate (or rates) remain the same for defined period of time. For the latter, SAP Business One introduces a quick entry form:
In the “Set Rate for Selection Criteria” window, you can set a date range, select the relevant currencies from the list, and specify the exchange rate for each currency for the defined date range. Click OK, and choose the ‘Update’ button on the ‘Exchange Rate and Indexes’ window to apply the rates you entered to the selected currencies and date range.
