When working with software, system messages are part of the user experience. This is the way the software communicates with us – there are messages that appear to inform us, some messages require that we make a decision, and others tell us that something is wrong.
In most cases the required actions are clear. But what happens if the message is not absolutely clear? Or the user is not 100% sure about the next step? For such cases, SAP Business One enables you to search for specific message online:
Define in “General Settings” window the default search engine for your company. In the “System Message Log” window, place the mouse on the relevant message and from the context menu choose the option “Search Online”. The search results for the given message in the defined search engine are populated automatically.
Now you can check more information related to the message and decide for your next steps.
