Payments are never fun, especially when you have to issue many of them. The Payment Wizard makes this process much more efficient however, when you have large volume of transactions in a given payment run, this payment run may consume lots of system resources and time.
To optimize performance and resource usage, SAP Business One introduces an option to schedule the payment run:
You can set date and time for the payment run when it will not create additional load on the system, for example during night or over the weekend. Once you set the date and time, this payment run is listed in the payment wizard with the status “Scheduled”:
