Schedule an Expert gives you a new way to connect with SAP Support in a live, one-on-one 30-minute call. Talk to the same engineers that you’d file an incident with, but spend less time waiting for a response and resolution.
Similar to booking a doctor’s appointment, Schedule an Expert lets you control when you chat with an expert
and what you talk about. You can address the same issues you would normally raise in an incident or Expert Chat. There is a minimum 3-day booking lead time to allow engineers to prepare for the appointment. Tell us your question and the product area, and we'll find an available expert to assist you, at a time that is convenient for you.

IMPORTANT: Schedule an Expert is being released in multiple phases, and is
only available for the following areas. Users
cannot conduct a session, if the product isn’t on the list. SAP plans to expand offerings, and new products will be coming soon. Check back

How to Join a Schedule an Expert Session
Schedule an Expert sessions are conducted via Skype. Here’s
how to join your Schedule an Expert Skype web conference. If you are unable to install the Skype for Business Web App, you can attend the appointment by phone. Select
find local number and use the conference ID provided in the email notification to join the call.
