SAP SuccessFactors Q4 2017 Release Highlights

Time is running fast. It’s already November and our Q4 release was delivered two weeks ago. We have a lot of enhancements in this final release of the year. My favorites are health and well-being, continuous performance management and SAP Best Practices packages.

The first one I want to talk about is health and well-being as part of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. “Unplug and Recharge” gives them access to a collection of tips, guidance and best practices from experts – all within Employee Central.

As for the continuous performance management updates – with this release your employees can now find a feedback tab. By using this tab employees can ask for feedback and provide feedback throughout the year – independent from the formal review process. In addition, managers can request feedback for his/her employees as well. Please check out Lara Albert's blog "Announcing Ad Hoc Feedback: Assume a More Holistic, Always-on Approach to Employee Feedback"

Lastly, you can speed up your implementation by using SAP Best Practices packages, which can now be accessed via the Upgrade Center. With SAP Best Practices packages, you can benefit from business best practices. Now, we offer a set of best practices for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for position management, total workforce, integration and localized content for time off and time management.
