Locating the record you need in the “List of …” window may require to manually type complicated codes or names.
SAP Business One can make your work more efficient by suggesting you the records you might be looking for after typing the first character(s) only.
In Administration > System Initialization > General Settings > Display tab select the checkbox Enable SAP Business One Suggest.
When typing the first character in a Choose from List field, a list containing all the records starting with that character would appear, enabling you to locate the record you need much quicker.
With every additional character you type, SAP Business One narrows down the list and helps you reduce the time of searching and navigating to the record you need.
