Using the Gantt chart in SAP Business One may assist you to run your project better, and mitigate upcoming challenges:

The Gantt chart visualizes the project, sub-projects, stages, milestones and statuses, enabling you to get the complete picture for the entire project at a glance. Changes and adjustments in your project are immediately reflected in the Gantt chart, letting you verify that they fit the big picture. You can zoom in and out to change your point of view as needed. The Gantt chart is available from within a project or sub project via the context menu.
