Preview All Layouts, Print The Best Fit

Print preview. This is genius. You click, then review, make any changes if needed, take another look and … print or save as PDF. But, what if you have more than one layout, and you want to check which one looks best for that specific document? Well, it is that simple! Display your document and from the File menu choose the option “Preview Layout”:

Choose the layout for the preview and click OK. The preview is displayed in the selected layout without having to make any changes in the default layout settings. You can display the preview in all relevant layouts. Once you found the best fit for the document you can print it by either clicking the printer icon in the toolbar or, close the preview and choose the option “Select Layout and Print” from the File menu.
