Transactions, documents, projects, meetings and reports - they are all bind to date and time. Whenever we record a transaction or generate a report, we set value to at least one date field. Calculating now how much time is spent on filling in date fields? Forget it. SAP Business One enables you to do it faster, by using arrow keys and/or operands:
In the above example, if you type +10 in the Due Date field, when moving to the next field, the Due Date field is updated with a new date which is the System Date + 10 days. Same way you can add/subtract months and years: +1Y will set the date to one year later while -2M will set the date to two months earlier.
If you need to set a date close to system date, press the up arrow in the keyboard to set the date of the next day, and the down arrow to set the date of the previous day. Press on the arrow multiple times to reach farther dates.
