Yes, it’s old news and we all do it. Emailing documents is faster, cheaper and greener - soon enough it will completely replace printing. Moving forward in this direction, SAP Business One introduces enhancements for emailing documents. As with printed documents, you can now filter your documents by “Only Documents Yet to be E-mailed”:
In addition, after you initiate sending the selected documents, the E-Mail Options window appears, allowing you to choose whether to send each document to the respective business partners or to pre-defined email group:
