Think for a second on your best friend or significant other. Do you remember the first time you met? The first movie you watched? Where did you hang out together? Most of us remember it because it was fun, exciting, and … promising! But we all learned that relationships should be nurtured and adjusted in good times and especially in bad - if we want them to last. Connecting with customer or vendor via blanket agreement is a bit similar to developing long-term relationship. Keeping the agreement up-to-date and fulfilling the determined conditions are key to mutual success. To provide better clarity and more efficient monitoring SAP Business One introduces an enhanced Blanket Agreement Fulfillment Report:

The columns "Cumulative Ordered Qty" and "Cumulative Ordered Amount" display respectively the cumulative open ordered quantity and amount in purchase or sales orders which relates to the given blanket agreement. The columns "Total Open Qty" and "Total Open Amount" display respectively the sum total of planned quantity and planned amount. The columns are displayed by default in the report and can be hidden via the Form Settings window if preferred.
